Life's waiting to begin...

This weekend I did an engagement for Shalie and Jason. Ohmygosh!! There is so much to tell you about these two. I knew Shalie when she was just a little little girl (wow, that makes me feel so old...). I use to show horses and rodeo, and Shalie and her sister were some of our great family friends. Jason still lives in Star Valley where I grew up, and it was so much fun to hang out with these two for a while. They are such a cute couple and unique in so many ways. As you look at their pictures you will see they posed quite the challenge for me as the photographer. Jason is 6-7 and Shalie is about 5-4. Holly cow! We did a lot of stuff sitting down because the height difference is HUGE! They were so photogenic, and Shalie has a BEAUTIFUL smile and amazing teeth (I am a sucker for big pretty teeth). They will be getting married later this summer in Star Valley, and I am so excited to shoot their wedding up there. Also, Shalie's bridals are coming up and those should be so much fun as well. She is so beautiful and her face is sooooo expressive. I am looking very forward to working with them over the next few months.
